Years ago there was a breeder who got very sick. Her daughter did not want the responsibility of them and basically tossed in food and water till the neighbors complained about the smell. Animal came in to claim them but a friend of the breeder stepped up, cleaned the place and did his best to home them. Needless to say they were not fixed and without papers the people who grabbed the cats realized they were not going to get rich making money off of them and boom lots of feral Siamese cats. This one appears to be friendly and obviously wore a collar or a while.
